1 package MYBREAD® Original Baguettes
2 cups fresh whole-milk ricotta
¼ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon lemon zest
1½ teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup honey
½ cup toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
Beat ricotta, cream, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar using an electric mixer until the ricotta is light and fluffy, approximately 3 minutes.
Slice MYBREAD Baguettes into 1-inch thick crostini pieces.
Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high.
Brush both sides of sliced bread with olive oil.
Toast bread in the skillet until golden, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
Spread with whipped ricotta.
Drizzle with honey.
Top with walnuts.
